Leadership for Emotionally Resilient Communities - A transformative three-module workshop designed to empower leaders in building and fostering resilience within diverse communities. This program can be targeted towards any diverse community; multicultural, LGBTQI+, disability etc.
Module 1 - The Foundations of Resilience
Module 2 - Nurturing Self-care and Wellbeing
Module 3 - Building Community Resilience/ Action Planning.
Supporting Minds Program - empowering individuals to create positive change with their mental health and wellbeing grounded in the belief that everyones journey is unique. This program integrates a series of evidence-based strategies to enhance wellbeing and promote resilience.
Accredited Community Mental Health First Aid - a comprehensive training program designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to provide initial support and assistance to someone experiencing a mental health crisis or developing mental health issues.
