Community mental health and wellbeing training is vital for equipping individuals with the skills and understanding needed to support one another in navigating life's challenges. By fostering a community-wide conversation and providing practical insights, these training sessions contribute to reducing stigma, promoting empathy, and establishing a network of compassionate support. Investing in such training ensures that communities become resilient, inclusive spaces where everyone's mental health is valued and prioritised.

  • Leadership for Emotionally Resilient Communities - A transformative three-module workshop designed to empower leaders in building and fostering resilience within diverse communities. This program can be targeted towards any diverse community; multicultural, LGBTQI+, disability etc.

    • Module 1 - The Foundations of Resilience

    • Module 2 - Nurturing Self-care and Wellbeing

    • Module 3 - Building Community Resilience/ Action Planning.

  • Supporting Minds Program - empowering individuals to create positive change with their mental health and wellbeing grounded in the belief that everyones journey is unique. This program integrates a series of evidence-based strategies to enhance wellbeing and promote resilience.

  • Accredited Community Mental Health First Aid - a comprehensive training program designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to provide initial support and assistance to someone experiencing a mental health crisis or developing mental health issues.

    • Standard Adult course

    • Youth course

    • Teen course

  • Psychological First Aid (PFA) - supporting individuals and communities after a crisis.
